Service options needed will be determined by the number of guests, menu, style requested and budget.
FULL SERVICE-: Wait staff available to setup, serve, replenish, bus, clean up & breakdown.
BUTLER STYLE: (foods passed by servers)
BUFFET STYLE: Guests serve themselves or servers may serve from a buffet
Price will vary on buffet style according to whether the foods are served on a ‘per-plate basis or "all you can eat" service.
TUXEDOED servers may be used for an additional fee.
Foods may also be served on one or more "food stations" if space and traffic flow allow. For example, use round or irregular shaped tables instead of one long buffet line. Place a fruit cascade in one area, veggies in another, hot hors doeuvres off to one side, salads in another location. By placing plates, napkins and cutlery at all locations your guests are encouraged to move and socialize freely about the room rather than form & wait in one long line.
GOURMET – TO – GO:
With setup we prepare all foods, deliver to your event location, creatively set up the buffet and you take it from there. In this case family or friends may replenish and clean up afterward. Crystal dishes, mirrors, and other utensils, cloths or decorations are to be returned to Above & Beyond within 5 business days.
We prepare your foods, we deliver or you pick up prepared foods in either disposable dishes, or returnable wares as above.
EITHER of these options will save on your budget as wait staff is not required.
A LA CART:
We prepare foods on a dish by dish basis for your pickup. (Limited to 6 items)
LINENS, place settings (other than disposables), tables, chairs, tents, flowers etc. may be ordered for additional rental fees. Delivery and setup fees may also be applicable.
